We will review and respond with an invoice, availability, and payment options. Upon receipt of a 50% deposit, the spot is yours and the planning phase begins!

Half of the total service must be paid to create your reservation. The second half is due within 7 days prior to your appointment. If the remaining balance is not received at least 48 hours before the shoot, the appointment may be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled at the photographer's discretion and availability. The standard $111 rescheduling fee applies in this case

It is not a problem to reschedule within 14 days of your shoot. With less than 14 days, a $111 fee applies as we may need to ask other clients to shift their appointment times to accommodate you. No additional deposit is required — your existing reservation carries over to the new date. If you miss your appointment entirely or fail to reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

If the photographer cancels due to an emergency or other unforeseen circumstance, we will rebook you with priority over other clients to ensure your timeline and goals are met at no extra cost.

There are no extra costs for travel within 20 kilometers of the Metropolitan Bangkok or San Jose, California area. Additional distance costs will be included in your service quote. Out-of-state or international travel is possible — travel accommodation costs (flights, lodging, etc.) are quoted separately to assist with accounting and transparency, then billed in sum once you're ready to proceed. For national/domestic shoots, half of the total service must be paid to create a reservation, and the second half is due within 7 days prior to the shoot. For international travel, the entirety of the service must be paid 21 days before the appointment.

Bring any items you need to stay hydrated, keep your skin dry, and touch up any self-applied makeup. Any other comfort items are acceptable as long as they fit in a shoulder bag. You're welcome to bring as many friends or assistants as you like, provided they don't interfere with the shoot and can arrange their own transportation. Regarding styling, you may style yourself as you wish, or professional hair and makeup can be arranged for an additional fee if needed for your project.

The pictures we take on our phones are digital images. Enhanced images are those taken on professional cameras and treated with editing software to correct brightness, hue, saturation, blur, and cropping. Professional retouching is done by hand with a digital stencil to remove objects, blemishes, stray hairs, people, to smooth skin, and to create any artistic effect you can dream up.

Yes! We keep the full gallery in .RAW format for 6 months in case your project needs more headshots, portraits, B-roll, etc. — and you can have them all. See Specialty Services > Models for current rates on additional enhanced or retouched images.

We work with you to ensure post-shoot satisfaction through editing, up to a reasonable limit. Most dissatisfactions are avoided with good pre-planning. In the case of a technical failure where original photos are subpar or unusable, we will schedule a reshoot at no cost.

We naturally retain copyright and usage rights for all photoshoots to be used for marketing or our professional portfolio. Copyright and usage rights can be purchased — pricing can be included in your final quote upon request.
